Ingredients

  • 1 frozen açai puree packet, thawed slightly
  • 1 banana ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, like blueberries and strawberries
  • 1/4 cup granola, for topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced for topping
  • 1/4 cup sliced kiwi, for topping
  • 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup for a vegan option

Directions

  1. Remove the thawed açai puree packet from its packaging and place it in a blender.
  2. Add the sliced banana, coconut milk, and frozen mixed berries to the blender with the açai puree.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Once blended, pour the açai mixture into a bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Arrange the sliced strawberries and kiwi on top of the açai layer in a visually appealing pattern.
  6. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the fruit toppings for added crunch.
  7. Drizzle the honey (or maple syrup) over the top for sweetness and shine.
