Ingredients
- 400 g Mistura para Bolo de Fubá / Corn Cake Mix - Renata
- 1 cup milk, room temperature
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil ou butter
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Renata Mistura para Bolo de Fubá, milk, vegetable oil or butter. Stir the mixture until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. The batter should be smooth and creamy after all eggs are added, about 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Tap the pan lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
