"Kibbeh" (in Portuguese "Quibe") is a Syrian-Lebanese dish brought to Brazil by immigrants. Quibes consist of beef and bulgur wheat, seasoned with garlic, onions, mint, and cinnamon. The balls are deep-fried and eaten as a snack in Brazil (also in the raw version, known as "quibe cru," or oven-baked as "quibe assado").

Caldobom's ready-made mix contains all the necessary ingredients and spices; all you need to do is add lukewarm water and ground meat.

For a special flavor experience, you can drizzle a drizzle of olive oil over the finished balls and add freshly chopped mint leaves to the dough.
