Thick corn flakes from Brazil, which are especially suitable for making Couscous Nordestino. Northeastern couscous is mainly cooked in northern Brazil and has its origins in North African cuisine (couscous). The couscous is not boiled, but steamed in a dish or in a special casserole (cuscuzeira). Couscous is the main ingredient or accompaniment of countless dishes with different types of vegetables and in many cases with meat. Corn flakes are also suitable for making corn cakes and desserts, for example with milk, raisins or almonds.
