Canjiquinha is a typical Brazilian delicacy from the state of Minas Gerais. Corn kernels are broken but not fine enough to pass through a sieve. The grains are then cooked with pork (usually ribs) and homemade spices. Canjiquinha is traditionally served in a bow and accompanied by chopped braised kale and black pepper.
