At Brazil & Co., we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Method

Sweden:
Orders are shipped via DHL to the nearest DHL Service Point / collection point based on the shipping address provided at checkout.

Outside Sweden (international orders):
Orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination region and service availability.
The carrier will be automatically selected to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination.

Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Brazil & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


❄️ Frozen Products (Sweden Only)

Frozen products are currently not available for shipping.

Due to temperature sensitivity, we do not ship frozen items during spring and summer. This is to ensure product safety and maintain the highest quality standards.

Frozen products are available exclusively through the following options:

  • In-store pickup at our physical shop in Stockholm
  • Local delivery via Wolt, Foodora, and Uber Eats

We recommend placing orders through these platforms for a safe and reliable delivery experience during warmer months.

Brazil & Co. reserves the right to resume frozen shipping during colder seasons when safe transport conditions can be guaranteed.


🇳🇴 Shipping to Norway (Export Orders)

Orders delivered to Norway are treated as exports and are not charged Swedish VAT (moms) at checkout.

All taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, and handling costs applied by Norwegian Customs must be paid by the customer before delivery.

Please note:

  • Brazil & Co. does not calculate or control these charges.
  • Parcels will only be delivered after all import fees are settled.
  • Refusal to pay duties may result in return or destruction of the parcel, and no refund will be issued for shipping costs or perishable items.

By placing an order to Norway, the customer agrees to cover all import-related costs.
