Yes, it is possible to request a change or cancellation of your order, provided that the products meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in perfect condition for resale
- Products must be unopened and unaltered
- Items must still be within their expiration date
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@brazilandco.se, or via WhatsApp +46 73 592 43 96, and we will do our best to assist you.
If the order has already been shipped, the return of the products to our store is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that Brazil & Co. does not offer free returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items).
In the case of a return for exchange or cancellation, the process will only be completed after we have received the products back and verified that they meet the conditions stated above.
