What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure payment options:

  • Online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal
  • In-store: All major cards (including American Express) and Swish

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes. You can choose in-store pick-up at checkout and collect your order during our opening hours.

  • Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

What is your refund and return policy?

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened
  • The item is in its original packaging

Non-refundable items include:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Expired products
  • Opened or used items
  • Perishable or frozen products not stored correctly

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to request a change or cancellation of your order, provided that the products meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in perfect condition for resale
  • Products must be unopened and unaltered
  • Items must still be within their expiration date

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@brazilandco.se, or via WhatsApp +46 73 592 43 96, and we will do our best to assist you.

If the order has already been shipped, the return of the products to our store is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that Brazil & Co. does not offer free returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items).

In the case of a return for exchange or cancellation, the process will only be completed after we have received the products back and verified that they meet the conditions stated above.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Brazil & Co. delivers across all of Sweden, to all European Union, and Norway.

Please note:

  • Frozen products are shipped only within Sweden.
  • Orders to Norway are shipped without VAT. As Norway is not part of the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and handling charges may apply upon arrival. These costs are determined by Norwegian authorities or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Please note:
Any changes to delivery details after dispatch may result in additional carrier fees.

How long does the delivery take?

  • Order processing: Up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

*Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery in Sweden: 2–4 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery to Europe & Nordics: Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Within Sweden:

  • Orders are delivered to the nearest pick-up point.
  • Packages must be collected within 10 days of notification.
  • Frozen products must be collected on the same day they arrive.

Orders not collected within the timeframe — especially discounted or near-expiry items — are not eligible for refund.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and PostNord.

The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the most efficient delivery.



What happens if I enter the wrong delivery details?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Brazil & Co. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the order’s weight, size, destination, and selected carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally run free shipping offers.
We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following our website to stay updated on current offers.
