ENO Fruit Salt is made up of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and citric acid. Its ingredients dissolve quickly and create an effervescent solution that neutralizes stomach acidity upon contact with it.

Guidelines and Dosage
Dissolve 5 g (contents of 1 sachet or 1 teaspoon) of Eno Fruit Salt in a small glass of water (200 ml) and drink. It is recommended to consume ENO Fruit Salt as soon as it has completely dissolved in the water.

ENO Fruit Salt is recommended for adults and children at least 12 years old.
