Also known as Pimenta de Bico or Chupetinha. The Biquinho pods, which come from the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, are round and have a distinctive tip that resembles a bird's beak (biquinho = small beak). They can be either bright scarlet or sunshine yellow.

The pods are sweet, fruity and mild (spiciness level 1000 Scoville, slightly more than paprika) and are often used as a garnish.
