- 1/2 cup coconut milk, or any milk of choice
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, like blueberries and strawberries

- 1/4 cup sliced kiwi, for topping
- 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup for a vegan option
Directions
- Remove the thawed açai puree packet from its packaging and place it in a blender.
- Add the sliced banana, coconut milk, and frozen mixed berries to the blender with the açai puree.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, about 30-45 seconds.
- Once blended, pour the açai mixture into a bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries and kiwi on top of the açai layer in a visually appealing pattern.
- Sprinkle the granola evenly over the fruit toppings for added crunch.
