Mousse de Maracujá / Passionfruit Mousse

A classic Brazilian dessert: smooth, creamy, and bursting with the fresh, tangy taste of passion fruit.

Ingredients

  • 395ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 100ml passion fruit pulp
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 20g unflavored gelatin

Directions

  1. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions.
  2. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit pulp.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into small cups or serving glasses.
  5. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
