Mousse de Maracujá / Passionfruit Mousse

Ingredients
- 395ml sweetened condensed milk
- 100ml passion fruit pulp
- 300ml heavy cream
- 20g unflavored gelatin
Directions
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions.
- In a blender, combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit pulp.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and blend again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into small cups or serving glasses.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
