Carne Seca / Carne de Sol / Charque, air-dried beef with sea salt in the typical Brazilian style, produced in Portugal, in the vacuum packaging with 450g to 550g.

Carne Seca is essential for an original Brazilian Feijoada. Only this gives the feijoada the unmistakable, smoky taste.

Since it is packaged in a vacuum, it is durable and requires no additional cooling during shipment.
