Tapioka YOKI, pack 500g
Tapioca is an almost tasteless gluten-free starch made from the processed and dried root of the cassava plant. Tapioca contains no fat or protein. In Brazil, tapioca gum is the main ingredient in tapioca (pancake-like dough discs), stuffed to taste. Sweet versions are popular with condensed milk and coconut shavings, hazelnut cream or peanut butter. A savory option is tapioca with cheese, cooked ham and/or vegetables.
