The Kimilho flake is made up of large flakes especially suitable for the manufacture of Northeastern Couscous. Couscuz Nordestino is cooked especially in northern Brazil and has its origins in North African cuisine. Couscous is not cooked in water, but in a special pan (cuscuzeira), steamed. Couscous is the main ingredient in many dishes with various types of vegetables and also with meat.
